Aloun Farms 21st Pumpkin Festival presented by Ho‘opili and Meadow Gold Hawaii will take place the last three weekends of October: 14-15; 21-22; and 28-29.
All-day family-friendly activities will be available from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. including: local entertainment; craft and food vendors; keiki rides, a petting zoo; and tractor hayrides through hundreds of acres of diversified farmland.
Attendees can also pick their own Aloun Farms signature ‘Ewa Sweet Corn and string beans and mini to giant pumpkins up to 100 lbs. – the only place in Hawai‘i where you can harvest your own pumpkin straight from the vine.
Aloun Farms ‘Ewa Sweet farmers market also provides a one-stop shop for other fresh farm produce including Aloun Farms signature ‘Ewa Sweet onions, eggplant, ginger, zucchini and more.
While pets have always been welcomed on the festival grounds and non-food production areas like sunflower and ornamental fields, this year Aloun Farms will also be incorporating more pet-focused amenities including waste stations and pet-friendly vendors selling costumes, treats and pet accessories. In addition, Aloun Farms has partnered with Hawaiian Humane Society to offer free dog tags and pet resources and services.
Entry to the pumpkin festival is $5 per person above two years old. Parking is free.
