Dear Educators;

Thank you for your interest and participation in the 2008 Pumpkin Patch. In preparation for your farm visit, we ask that you do the following:

  • Please do not arrive early, arrive at your scheduled appointment time. This allows us give our full attention to every class.
  • Buses are to arrive at the Pumpkin Patch, which is located on ocean side of Farrington Hwy between Waipahu and Kapolei. If you need an additional map please visit our website.
  • All visitors including chaperones and teachers will be charged $6.50. This covers Pumpkin Patch entry, Hay Ride, and Pumpkin Picking (one pumpkin per paid admission).
  • Payment is due at the Pumpkin Patch on the day of your scheduled tour.
  • Group leaders, please check in at the information/reception booth upon your arrival.
  • All children must wear covered shoes and long pants.
  • Please be prepared for either hot or rainy weather.
  • In the event of rain, you will be notified as early as 6:30 a.m. for tour cancellations.
  • Although some water stations will be provided, we ask that your students bring sufficient amounts of water.
  • Sunscreen and hats are recommended.
  • There will be restrooms and hand washing stations.
  • Participants in this activity assume all risks of personal injury that may occur as a result of their participation.
